You can always edit your business details on your dashboard. Go to "Business Settings" on your left menu and start with General Settings.
Step 1: General Settings
General Settings help you determine your timezone, language, backend direction, date and time format.
Step 2: Currency Settings
You can adjust currency position, thousand seperator, decimal seperator and decimal places here on Currency Settings.
Step 3: Invoice Settings
Invoice Settings enable you to customize your invoices. You can change the texts on your invoice template, set the invoice number, determine the invoice color and insert a message on the invoice footer section. You can also customize invoice column settings on this page.
Step 4: Payment Gateways
Should you wish to offer your customers online payments, you need to activate your payment gateway. You can enable or disable your payment gateway accounts such as PayPal and Stripe. In order for you to charge your customer, you must activate at least one payment gateway account.
Step 5: Email Settings
It is essential to configure your email settings on your dashboard to send notifications to your customers. Please bear in mind that your customers cannot receive any notification from you without this configuration.
Step 6: Update Business
Finally, you can update your business details including your address, company information like registration and tax numbers as well as your corporate logo.
