Add New Quotation

You can easily create and send quotation to discuss your services and products with your customers:

Step 1: Add New Quotation

Under the Sales section, click the "Quotations" on your left menu. You can then add your first quotation using the button "New Quotation".

Step 2: Choose Customer

You should first choose a customer to address the quotation.

Step 3: Add New Customer

You can choose a customer already added to your account or add new directly on the quotation.

Step 4: Select Item

After customer selection, you need to select an item. You can select an item already added to your account or add new.

Step 5: Add Discount (If Necessary)

If necessary, you can add discount your quotation. You can determine the discount amount by percentage or type the discount amount.

Step 6: Check Out Your Quotation

Upon generating your quotation, check the details on the quotation before sending to your customer.

Step 7: Edit Your Quotation

You can always edit your quotations through the button "Action" on the page. You can edit, preview, duplicate, export as PDF, convert to invoice, share and delete.
